Last night I want to a Johnnie Walker tasting at the Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts. A friend of mine went to a similar event about 12 years ago at the Harvard Club in Boston. So I had visions of high leather chairs in a smokey room. At that tasting they had you try several different Walker blended scotches and described to you what you might smell and taste. The followed up with a little background about how the whiskey was made. Our experience was a bit different, more slick.
